Malcolm Shava

Malcolm Shava is a legal researcher and advisory professional at Candace Competition Law Advisory Services, with experience in legal research, governance, regulatory advisory, and policy analysis. He has contributed to stakeholder consultations, advisory reports, and evidence-based policy recommendations across a range of legal and commercial matters.

Malcolm holds an LLB (Honours) from the University of Namibia and has worked with international organisations including the International Fund for Agricultural Development (IFAD) and the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA). His interests include competition law, international economic law, development policy, governance, and commercial regulation.
